There is a quiet clarity to Olivia Bossy’s work — a sense that each line, surface, and intersection has been weighed with care. The No. 0122 floor lamp and No. 0222 wall sconce are thoughtful expressions of this approach: minimal yet dimensional, sculptural yet understated.

These pieces feel less like lighting and more like spatial compositions. The forms are precise, elemental. Each uses a limited palette of materials to explore contrast — soft linen set against darkened wood, slender verticals anchored by grounded bases. Light is shaped rather than simply emitted.

What draws us in is the restrained design, exuding quiet confidence. These objects provide atmosphere, not just illumination. Timeless and detailed, they are pieces meant to be lived with and revisited.

Olivia Bossy is a designer based in Sydney, working at the intersection of furniture, lighting, and sculpture. Her practice is grounded in a deep respect for material and form, with each piece shaped by an architectural sensibility and a poetic use of scale. She creates work that is quietly expressive — tactile, enduring, and always intentional.
